I am unable to issue any cash, check or credit/debit card refunds on my items or services. However, I will accept exchanges for items only, within the allowable return time. Please note that any returns/exchanges sent to us after the allowable return time will not be accepted. We must be notified within 24 hours of the customer's receipt of the item(s) that they would like to make an exchange/return. Please insure your shipment, I are not responsible for items lost during shipping!
